CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/Rebooking Policy 1. Cancellation Policy: - 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. - No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments will require prepayment. 2. Rebooking Policy: - Advance Rebooking: Clients are encouraged to rebook their appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. - Rebooking Fee: If a client needs to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, a rebooking fee of 25% of the service cost will be applied. - Multiple Reschedulings: Clients who reschedule more than twice for the same appointment will be required to prepay for future appointments. 3. Exceptions: - Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss any last-minute changes. - Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. I prioritize the health and safety of my clients.
